Introducing Brent Rittersdorf: A Purpose driven leader whose “purpose” is to help people make wise decisions that produce favorable results.
The reason why Brent’s favorite word is Purpose is that he believes that everyone deserves to have a purpose, yet so many people don’t know what their purpose is, or at the very least, question it.
Brent’s career has been a blend of experiences in both the restaurant industry as a Divisional Vice President, Director of Operations and Franchise business consulting, and in the real estate industry as a Managing Broker, currently with High Caliber Realty in Kennesaw, GA.
The mix of working in both a w-2 and 1099 environment has allowed Brent to become “multilingual”, if you will, as Brent understands how to communicate with clients and peers in either a corporate or sales environment that can create different demands of service and expertise daily.
One of the current demands of Brent’s clients today is helping with the “Transition of Wealth” movement in this country as families work on their estate plans, which often involves purchasing or selling real estate.
Brent’s keynote speech, 10 for 10-How the foul line can change your life, is a fun and interactive way to experience a “link” to achieving your greater purpose and speaking a language that can forever guide You and your Company’s professionals to your Purpose.
Brent’s book, “The Point is in the Purpose- How going 10 for 10 can Change your life, is loaded with content that can help you relate to achieving your purpose. Originally from Rockland, Maine and now living in Kennesaw, GA, Brent has family in Boston and Phoenix.
In addition to his Speaking and Real Estate career, he hosts a professional weekly networking event for Sale Professionals and Entrepreneurs in Marietta, GA. When there is a true break, he will sneak off to a local mountain bike trail to catch some fresh air, only to rejuvenate- his Purpose.
Going 10 for 10 symbolizes perfection. When I was growing up in High School, I was on the Varsity Basketball team, and we could not go home from practice until we made 10 free throws in a row. It’s not easy to do because if you miss one at any point, you must start over.
But over time the repeatable efforts pay off, and 10 for 10 has become the framework of achieving real life experiences that are the wins, and losses of a lifetime.
I actually went 10 for 10 in an important game once, and it has become the framework of my “PURPOSE” that has evolved to a registered trademark that features a Keynote speech and a Book, “The Point is in the Purpose- How going 10 for 10 changed my life”.
After years of developing the 10 for 10 keynote speech and brand, I decided to put all the stories and lessons in one place. The Point is in the Purpose – How going 10 for 10 can change your life is designed to entertain you and at the same time give you the framework to help you answer the question- What is My Purpose?
So many people struggle to answer the question, yet so many times the word is referenced in a way that assumes you have one. I wanted to have a book that uncovers that assumption and gives you the framework of not only how to answer the question, but how to achieve your Purpose as well.
Everyone, no matter whether they work in Corporate America or are Self Employed can benefit from the lessons in this book. Why? Call me “multilingual” if you will, as my experiences in the worlds of W-2 and 1099 employment while on the surface may appear dramatically different, they are the same when it comes to finding and achieving your Purpose.
Purpose is your life. 10 for 10 is How you live it. That’s the Point!
